trying to get a shot of his new top teeth. he actually has six on top, but these two front teeth are really showing.

this face he is making is hillarious! he figured out how to get up on chairs now and it is so cute but scary. 

we went on a walk around our neighborhood this last weekend. i carried valen on my back for the first time and oh my  goodness, it was uncomfortable! i have no idea how much he weighs, but it felt like a lot. it was nice to get to meet a few of our neighbors who were also outside too. 

 

valen had a five minute nap on the way home from church and then did not want to take another one at all the rest of the day. he just screamed in his crib for a long time. so about 7 pm he fell asleep on the floor. so cute! so we changed his diaper and put him to bed a bit early. and of course he woke up at 7 the next morning )= he actually has been sleeping till 8 or so the past couple weeks. that has been marvelous!!!
