sloppy jack
i would like to know if other people are messy like me... i always thought i was a slob in high school cuz i was lazy and immature... but what is my excuse now? (= i mean i do have two babies and am home all day long so dishes are bound to pile up, but are there superwomen out there that always have everything tidy? are your bathrooms sparkling clean most of the time? justin asked me yesterday, " it makes sense that we cant always keep everything in order all of the time now that we have two kids, but what about when we were first married, what was our excuse then?" hahhaa i laughed... good question.... too busy snuggling maybe!
but seriously if we had enough money i would hire a maid!!

Well, I think that we have had to clean our whole lives and we are tired of it! Its the last thing I want to do. If I could hire a maid I would. I know it would be a lot easier if I had a system and kept up on it.

I told Kyle that if we had a little extra money the first thing I would do is hire a maid. I can't seem to keep our house clean no matter what I do!We've been working on organizing the house one room at a time and trying to stay on top of keeping it clean. It's going moderately well.

Come by any day unnanounced and you will see that we too live that way! I really want to do better but just am domestically challenged. I'd like to be super mom but just don't see it in my near future! You are not alone =)

Right now i can see about 10% carpet, and 90% junk (mostly toys, but still). I think having a toddler is way harder to keep clean, but still, who cares if your house is clean? It's just going to get messy again! I do like it clean, but I've learned to look at clean as the exception and messy as normal.

i think the way i was raised made me think i was out of control for not being tidy. even to this day, i think my mom hangs her head in shame when she sees my house (=
but it is true, it doesnt really matter. my priorities are my children!

I am right there with you. I like to pretend that I am always neat and tidy, but if you showed up at any random time, our house would probably be a mess and I'd likely still be in my pajamas.
As far as the maid goes, there should be some government program that provides a maid to mom's with toddlers. : )

Well, not to say that I've obtained, but I press on...really, it just seems like all I do is act as maid and mommy, and of course, wife too. But most of my day is spent cleaning and entertaining.
