keepin my chin up
It doesn't make any sense!!! my parents get to eat whatever they want, whenever they want, however they want. I always see them chompin on cookies........ice cream.....pasta....tots... all sorts of stuff, and they never give me one bite! Sure I don't have any teeth yet, but I've got a great tongue and a pair of sharp gums. I've been trying to drop subtle hints as often as I can. I stare them down and smack my lips together... but they just aren't catching on!
Moreover, I'd really like to be able to move around on my own now. Sure it's nice to be paraded around like royalty all the time, but I've got legs, I want so much to use them!! 
I am just not good at it yet! I've been doing my best ..but I guess my best isn't good enough! I've been liftin my head up, rollin over...how long is this going to take! My parents seem to insist that I have to learn to roll over before I can walk. I never see them rolling over and they seem to walkin around just fine!
They must know what they are talkin about they are my parents afterall... I am sure I will see clearly once I am older.I am just not good at it yet! I think this is my favorite picture of Dahlia.. she looks like she is about to ask a question.. like "why are you laying on the floor?" or "why do you have a lot of hair on your chin & on the top of your head?" or "would you like some tea?"
