First Day of Kindergarten

Dahlia was extremely proud to wear a lovely ensemble of pink and hello kitty. She very much enjoyed choosing her own clothes for the day. I love it!

Dahlia drew a pretty picture for her teacher of Dahlia and Mrs. M. It was sweet, her teacher loved it! 
Valen and I went to the library together after dropping Dahlia off at school. I wanted to make the day special for him too. I love taking him places!

Dahlia, I like the outfit you chose for your first day of school. It's really pretty. Pink is my favorite color too, but I don't have as many pink clothes as you. And it looks like you are having fun at school. What is your favorite thing about kindergarten?

My favorite thing is recess because I can see lots of kids, 1st graders and kindergartners. What was your favorite grade? Was it kindergarten or another grade?

I'm not sure which grade was my favorite. I had fun in every grade. Maybe 1st grade was my favorite.
