up until today i hadnt really made much effort to make something for dahlia to wear. i thought that she would wear this tinkerbell dress from my sister, but didnt really feel like doing anything... until last night! i tied a huge ball of cotton to her shoes and made some wings out of hangers and thee underlayer of a skirt that i had worn in a wedding five years ago. it turned out so cute! she absolutely loved it!! and was very excited about all the kids coming to the door, she was confused why they didnt come in to the house (=

"Vay Vay baby tail, girls no baby tail."

when dahlia isnt wearing underwear she runs through the house yelling "i nakee i nakee!!"

since she was born we have called her footie pajamas "snuggle suits" so as the weather has been turning colder she has been wearing one again. her vocabulary is so much better now!  before bed she says "i wear nuggle fuit, vay vay (valen) wear nuggle fuit too"

we are always saying "thats funny" or "youre funny dahlia" so now when she does something silly, before we even laugh or mention it, she will say " i funny mama"

one last thing... when she couldnt talk i taught her how to do the sign for "i love you". she still does it all the time. we will be sitting at the table eating a meal and she will put her hand up in position and yell "i love mommy daddy!!!"
