I finally made it through my first year!! I definitely don't feel like a baby anymore. Yup, I'm a big toddler now, I'm still learning to toddle though. I can stand up on my own, but I'm still scared to take that first big step without someone to hold my hand. Maybe in another month I'll be more independent.

My first Christmas was a real hoot! lots of new toys to play with and new faces to get to know.  I finally got to meet my cousin Warner,(two months older than me)  boy is he fun. A little too fast for me though, he runs all over the place. kinda inspired me to get busy with the whole walkin thing though... looks like so much more fun! It's too bad he lives in California, I don't know what country that's in but I know it's not close. I probably won't get to see him for a couple more years. I hope he still remembers me! )=

I got lots of great new books this Christmas. My favorite one is Mommy Hugs. My mommy reads it to me every night and we get to snuggle. I am learning so many more ways to snuggle. I love crawling up onto her lap when I get tired and letting her read me a story. Then daddy always picks me up and carries me off to bed. What a lovely way to end a long hard day of playing. I  remember when I used to scream a lot when I had to go to bed, but that was when I was just a little baby, how embarrassing!
